I am chahira Daoud, a pastry chef, After finishing my hi school I did not go to a pastry school or even a culinary one, my passion for pastry arts started too early and thanks to my mother and mama Zouzou, they were both a source of inspiration for me, my mom...I do not forgive you ;) you just made me beileve from that early age that nothing can not be done at home, and she proved that to me thousands of times. ok let's continue, I studied Political and economics studies, had some training to start a great career in "human rights" field....hey man "human rights" in Egypt?? it is like talking about penguins in the gulf desert....I quited before even start.....and entered my kitchen and did not stop baking till now, God knows how much I prayed to stop but could not ...that is the fact...I started to work hard in that field, learning, studying working on my skills and talent, attending training courses several times and I still learn to improve my skills, Thanks to God, I have been chosen as a one of ten best chefs in middle east, I represented Egypt in top chef middle east program show, I represented my country At the world chefs tour against hunger and the mondial of sugar arts, and I am keeping going, try to catch the trend and the huge development in pastry arts and taking care of my family, I have two kids and married to the greatest man in this world...wait "my life is not perfect as you think"...looool

First time blogging....no of course not I am old, I have two blogs and I was used to post but life is too busy to keep posting, but I am starting over...and I'll keep posting .

طيب ننزل بالترجمه العربى....صعب اوى حد يكتب عن نفسه بس مفيش غيرى هيكتب لانى اكيد انا اللى فاتحه الموقع ده..مين أنا انا شهيره داود...شيف حلوانى و ماكانش ده مجال دراستى دراستى الاساسيه هى الاقتصاد و العلوم السياسيه...زى كل شباب مصر الواعد اتخرجت و بدأت حياتى بالتدريب تمهيدا للعمل فى مجال حقوق الانسان.....ثانيه واحده كده.....حقوق ايه و انسان ايه احنا فى مصر يا جدعان...كلامنا عن حقوق الانسان فى مصر كحديثنا عن العنقاء و الغول او زى شفت جاموسه شايله ناموسه و بتعديها من تحت   الباب...أبقى انا كداب.....طيب سيبتهم و أغلقت الباب للأبد و دخلت المطبخ سنه 1997 و ماطلعتش لحد دلوقتى....طيب مين السبب...ارجع الفضل لأمى و ماما زوزو و دول كانوا اول مصدر الهام ليا و ماما منها لله فهمتنى ان مفيش حاجه مش ممكن ماتتعملش فى البيت.. و كانت القصه..بدأت اتمرنت اتعلمت اشتغلت كتيييييييير لحد دلوقتى بتعلم ...الحمد لله تم اختيارى كواحد من افضل عشر شيفات فى الشرق الاوسط مثلت بلدى فى توب شيف الشرق الاوسط و كمان شاركت فى عدة محافل دوليه....حلوة محافل دى...زى جولة طهاة العالم لمكافحة خطر المجاعات و كمان كاس العالم لفنون السكر و الحلوى.....و بحاول انسق بين حياتى مع انه صعب جداااا ده...أنا ام لطفلين و زوجه لسيد الرجال.....ههههه علشان مستحملنى..."حياتى مش ورديه زى ما متخيلين" فيها الكثير اللى يعكر المزاج" بس عايشين و بنحاول و بنقاوح....رغم انى انسانه سوبر مشغوله الا انى هبدأ هنا محاوله لكسر الجمود اللى فى حياتنا و المعاناة اللى عايشينها و احنا بنتابع اخبار وطننا المنهوب ...الضايع التايه...سموه زى ما تسموه...هنظم هنا تحدى خبز كل شهر ...يالا اجهزوا ورانا شغل كتير
